Their warrants were linked to cases registered at Malihabad Police Station under several sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), including:

- Section 352 – Involves assault or the application of unlawful force.
- Section 504 – Pertains to deliberate insult aimed at provoking a disturbance of public order.
- Section 506 – Deals with issuing threats or instilling fear of harm.
- Section 323 – Relates to intentionally causing physical injury to another person.
- Section 354 – Concerns acts of assault or force against a woman intended to violate her dignity or modesty.
- Excise Act violations – Involvement in illegal liquor-related activities
Identification of the Accused
The individuals taken into custody were all residents of Malihabad and have been identified as:
- Danish (23 years old)
- Lallu (30 years old)
- Shankar Lal (46 years old)
- Ramkishore (38 years old)
- Suresh (52 years old)
- Pawan Kumar (23 years old)
- Suresh Kumar (45 years old)
- Ajay (48 years old)
Arrest Locations and Legal Proceedings
Authorities stated that the accused were arrested from different locations across Malihabad. Following their capture, they were presented before the court for further legal proceedings.
